During our years of doctors appointments, pursuing answers for ourselves and answering questions of others, we have met numerous people with stories of their own. As with any condition, everyone can experience it differently depending on the environment they are brought up and live in. This page is dedicated to the stories submitted by others about their experiences with Microtia. Please realize that these stories are REAL and told by the submitter themselves. We do not edit the content nor do we want to. As time goes on the stories listed here may be happy or they may be sad. Either way, they are real people that have delt or are still dealing with having Microtia and how it is or is not affecting them.

Paul Wilden is the first person that had expressed interest in sharing his experiences. We have been in contact with him for some time as he developed the writing of his experiences. We hope this is the first of many other stories to come. Thanks Paul!
